Applicants to the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award are drawn from all sectors of the economy as follows:
This Award is reserved for Past Winners of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (Gold Category) and presented to organizations which clearly demonstrate sustained continual improvement over their past performances. Award is valid for 3 years only. Winners may reapply 3 years after winning this category. Non-winners may reapply after 2 years.
