Abu Dhabi International Centre for Organizational Excellence (ADICOE) was founded in the year 2007 to serve organizations seeking to excel. Our mission is to help organizations improve through certification, coaching and knowledge transfer. We aim to empower professionals through transfer of know-how. We put our experience to help your organization reach its goals. We help establish the necessary systems needed for review and follow up, and we help focus the attention of the whole organization towards common goals.

ADICOE aims to foster the steady moves towards knowledge economy, with a focus to transfer knowledge to the people in the professional fields. We support our clients through our global network of partners. Through these internationally renowned organizations, we offer certified training courses and coaching to organizations and individuals. ADICOE is a sponsor member of the British Quality Foundation (BQF) and partner with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). ADICOE has also partnered with the Harrington Institute to bring knowledge in the fields of Six Sigma, Project Management and Knowledge Management.
